DANIEL BELLIDO

Daniel Bellido
Game Programmer & Designer
About me
I’m Daniel Bellido, a game developer with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Games Programming from Kingston University London. I enjoy taking ideas from concept to playable results—building systems, solving technical problems, and polishing the player experience through iteration.
I’m currently deepening my technical skills through an AAA-focused programming master’s program, where I’m developing a custom graphics engine in C++, using DirectX 12, HLSL, and ImGui. This work has strengthened my understanding of real-time rendering, performance constraints, and debugging workflows (including basic GPU frame capture with PIX).
Alongside this, I’ve delivered projects in multidisciplinary teams—ranging from mobile prototypes published on Google Play to a PS5 mini-games project exploring DualSense features. I’m comfortable collaborating across disciplines (art/design/programming), documenting workflows, and working in iterative production setups.
I’m looking for my first opportunity in the games industry and am open to entry-level roles in QA, gameplay/engine programming, tools, or technical art—anywhere I can contribute, learn quickly, and ship.
